Age Requirement

All guests and bookers must be 18 years or older. This ensures a safe, legal, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Service Overview

Our events feature Roulette, Poker, Blackjack, Craps, and festive variants like Frost Roulette, Elf Blackjack, Reindeer Dice, Gingerbread Hold’em, designed purely for fun, bragging rights, and photos. No real-money gambling is involved. We provide tables, professional croupiers, themed decor, and seasonal touches. You provide the guests and energy — we handle the rest.


Booking Process

1. Provide accurate details: date, venue, guest count, chosen package, and any special requests.

2. Receive a confirmation with the final price, package inclusions, and payment deadlines.

3. Deposit: 30–50% due within 48 hours to secure your date.

4. Final Payment: Due 14 days before the event unless otherwise agreed.

5. Prices are in GBP, inclusive of VAT, covering tables, croupiers, basic decor, and travel within metro areas. Additional items (extra hours, photo booth, snow machines, live band) are added to the invoice.


Cancellation & Postponement

  • >45 days before event: Full refund minus £150 admin fee.
  • 30–44 days: 50% refund.
  • 15–29 days: 25% refund.
  • <14 days: No refund.
  • Postponement: One free within the same calendar year; additional changes treated as a cancellation + new booking.
  • Our cancellation: In rare cases (e.g., extreme weather), you receive a 100% refund or credit.

Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe or bank transfer. Card details are never stored on our servers. Late payments may result in your date being released.

Guest & Venue Responsibility

Guests must treat staff, equipment, and each other respectfully. Croupiers are professionals — not babysitters. You are responsible for the venue being safe, accessible, and ready. Alcohol consumption is allowed, but safety is the priority. Guests causing damage beyond normal wear and tear are liable for costs.

Media & Testimonials

Photos and videos taken during events may be used on our website and social media unless you request otherwise in writing. Testimonials may be shared with prior consent.

Intellectual Property

All concepts, dealer uniforms, custom chips, and branding remain the property of GreatBarrierLotto.com. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

Liability & Disputes

We aim to resolve all issues amicably. Liability is limited to what is under our control. Australian Consumer Law applies. In case of disputes, mediation in New South Wales is the preferred route before court involvement.

Legal & Policy Compliance

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the complete agreement. We may refuse or terminate service for misconduct. By using our services, you agree to abide by these rules.
